Project Overview
This cluster housing project comprises multiple units (101, 102, 201 & 202) at 215 41 Ave NW, Calgary, Alberta. The drawing set includes full architectural plans, elevations, sections, assemblies, and schedules that detail the structural, mechanical, and building envelope design.
The documentation has been prepared in accordance with the latest National Building Code requirements and includes notes for framing, insulation, HVAC, window and door schedules, and wall/roof assemblies. All work must be coordinated on site with the contractor, trades, and consultants prior to construction.
Important: Drawings are not to be scaled. All dimensions and conditions must be verified on site. Any discrepancies must be reported to the designer for resolution before proceeding.
